Great Lakes HR Solutions LLC provides an excellent service option to ensure owner/operator access to benefits and services previously available only to direct, full-time company employees. Owner/Operators can now have cost-effective Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Workmans's Compensation Insurance based on the purchasing power of Great Lakes HR Solutions.

Owner Operators agree to have Great Lakes HR Solutions process some or all of the company settlement check on a weekly basis. We will process a minimum of $500 per week, and up to the total amount of your settlement check. Your company simply reports a weekly verification of payroll to us, and we do the rest.

Because we are processing some/all of the owner/operator's settlement, we will deduct applicable Federal, State and local tax withholding (based on the amount we process), relieving the owner operator of this additional responsibility and burden. In addition, we will also cover them with workman's compensation insurance and unemployement insurance, and give them the ability to purchase Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and disability insurance at our very competative group rates. We also have direct deposit available on a weekly basis, if desired, thus saving time and aggravation. We assume administrative responsibility, and owner/operators can concentrate on making money by driving and delivering your freight.
